Graphic Designer
Hello,
a bit about me:
I am a Kansas based Graphic Designer and Illustrator with an eye for typography and a love for all things colorful and hand-drawn. I have strong interpersonal communication and drawing skills from my years as a self-proclaimed art and theater geek. I have always been an eager learner and I am constantly trying out new styles and techniques to better my design abilities.
I got my start in graphic design at Flint Hills Technical College in the Spring of 2017. Between my first and second years of school, I interned with the incredible crew at Minuteman Press in Lawrence, Kansas. After graduating from FHTC in 2018, I began working for Champion Teamwear as a Graphic Artist after graduation. In July of 2019, I made the transition into a new position with a local sign company, and maintain a position as marketing director for a local winery.
When I am not creating art, you can find me in the Makerspace at my son's elementary school; working as a volunteer art teacher, or biking a single track trail in the Flint Hills. My other hobbies include running -not fast or far, and reading books that make me cry.
